Pot luck

兩個星期前邀請朋友來potluck
不知道為什麼 有的不是有沒收到邀請函 就是回了信可是我沒有收到
本來預定有14個人左右 最後showup的有21個人
差點覺得會不夠吃 幸好到最後還是剛剛好

lessons learned:
1. If no RSVP, CALL to ensure the number of participants
2. Coordinate the amount of food.
3. If anyone need to use the kitch, post notes on each cabinate door for where everything is.
4. Prepare entertainment, such as movie/video games
5. Tea/Coffee preparation
